Accent Radio Network was born in the summer of 2000. Jim Feijo of Daniel Chapter One founded the network. It was brought about for the purpose of promoting a God-centered view of health and healing. Through their radio show, Daniel Chapter One HealthWatch, Jim and Tricia Feijo have helped thousands of people get back to God’s plan for health, directly from His word. They were equally concerned with exposing the deceptions of Satan in the FDA and Pharmaceutical drug companies. After airing their show on a couple of different networks, Jim and Tricia thought it would be best to put together their own network. This sounded like a great idea, but how would they go about getting it done? After much prayer and thought, they called Jay Harrison who had produced their show at another network. Immediately Jay got to work on building a network capable of airing their message of hope nationally.

Though Daniel Chapter One is our main focus, we've also added shows over the years that provide information on what’s happening in our world from a conservative political perspective. Our program line-up is very diverse. Our show content consists of health info, current events, old-time radio, and more. We at ARN are concerned with magnifying Jesus Christ, and we strive to follow His leadership and direction in our jobs as well as our personal lives. It excites us to see Him actively working to make our network what He wants it to be, which is what we desire. We want to make it clear that whatever changes are made in the future of ARN will be brought about by God alone. We hope stations that share a similar philosophy to ours will join ARN and help bring back the correct focus in our nation.

Shows A-Z
Straight Talk
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1-3pm CST
Jerry Hughes doesn't just host his show he lives and breathes it. If there were a single voice for freedom and liberty, it would be Jerry. With his distinct baritone, and years of experience, Jerry digs deeply into the issues affecting every American citizen, voter, and taxpayer. What's amazing about Straight Talk is that it's more than just an "issue of the day" radio show; it's a national town meeting and an ongoing patriotic civics lesson all rolled into one. Straight Talk is powerful listening. It pulls listeners in with inspired talk on everyday issues. Jerry Hughes not only educates, he sparks dialogue on critical issues affecting the lives of ordinary Americans issues, which are too often ignored by "inside the beltway" commentators. His listeners are a part of his "extended" family, and Jerry always makes callers feel at home and welcome. Guests routinely remark, "The best interview I've ever had." With more experience than any other broadcaster his age, you would be hard pressed to find a better "pro" than Jerry Hughes. One of America's best!

American Sunrise
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6-7am CST
A veteran of nearly 30 years, Wyatt worked on the original American Sunrise program in the early 90's, and was an integral part of the building of Morning In America. Wyatt was the final host of the program which ended June 1, 1996.
When Wyatt left full-time broadcasting in December of 1999, a number of his associates asked him to continue to produce programming for their stations. For a while the program was entertainment based, but Wyatt couldn't stay out of the talk arena. so his Voice At Large radio program became more commentary based, and when he was asked to bring the show to the Accent Radio Network, he re-christened the program American Sunrise and returned to the philosophy that made it and Morning In America. so successful.

Stations loved the original American Sunrise and Morning In America. because it was so easy to integrate your local elements into the show. Wyatt's proudest achievement was the reinvention of Morning In America. from an hour-long chat show with news content into a fast paced, fully-modular morning news magazine that stations could integrate into their local programming easily! The original Saturday In America. and Morning In America. had eighteen entry and exit points in each hour to accomodate local news elements, national and state news networks and their features, and always allowed each element to stand alone.
